ADVENTURE COMICS 247 Here is your opportunity to own, what is ranked by Overstreet as the 13th most valuable Silver Age comic book. Published in April of 1958, by DC Comics, featuring the first appearence of THE LEGION OF SUPER HEROES, is offered in VG condition. COSMIC BOY, SATURN GIRL and LIGHTNING BOY (later LIGHTNING LAD) all make first appearences in this issue. Fantastic Curt Swan cover. The comic is complete in every way and the interior is free of writing. The spine has moderated wear, both staples are attached and clean. There is minor soiling and foxing on the cover, all within the guidelines for this grade... please review the scan. A rare opportunity to make a fantastic addition to your collection at a reasonable price. Best of all, it's not sealed in a plastic case... You can actually read a truly great comic.
