These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. PACKAGING We package in a second plastic bag, then sandwich between cardboard with thick tape, then another folder, then the outer envelope or box, depending on how many books. Your books will arrive safely. See our feedback. NEW SHIPPING COSTS The US Post Office in all of their wisdom has determined that comic books can no longer be shipped via media mail. This is because they define media as not having advertisements. I have brought up the point that I cannot order a 1953 Schwinn bycicle from one of these ads, nor can I even purchase a 2 year old Titanic video from a comic book ad. They do allow records to be shipped via media mail, which makes no sense because all of the advertisemnts for records are on the dust jackets, the same way that they are in comic books. But this is the genius of the US Postal Service at work. This was brought down on us by a power hungry, lazy, US Postal worker. I apologize for having to raise shipping costs. I am currently trying to explain this to USPS, but it is better talking to a wall. Customer Service is our top priority at Missouri Comics !
