here is the first omnibus volume of brian michael bendis and alex maleev's run on daredevil; it's about the first half of their run and it's apparently out-of-print and hard-to-find. i bought this the day it came out way back in 2008 but never got around to reading it or even unwrapping it, now i guess i can make do borrowing my friends tpbs whenever i want to check out bendis' dd again. it's pretty excellent stuff, worth reading and pretty emblematic of (at least marvel and bendis' version of) modern decompressed comics. this is also the infamous omnibus where the trade dress cover has the rather unfortunate printing error where the little federal registration symbol (the little r inside a circle) is placed directly on daredevil's nose on the cover. i have no idea how that happened. i think the replacement cover is still down at my shop; i never bothered picking it up so i'll try to go down and see if it's still there. anyway, it's a great omnibus and worth owning for sure. enjoy!
