LINSNER character DAWN Original Art Lot 3 diff Sketches Picture(s) and Description:

LINSNER

***THIS AUCTION IS FULLY AUTHORIZED & ENDORSED BY JOSEPH LINSNER*** Late last year, the Linsner.com fan community (as well as the entire comics community in general) lost a tremendous fan, a dedicated professional, and a great friend. Linsner.com staff member Zeke Feldhaus passed away in October 2009. It was a wish of Zeke's to have his son be able to attend college. The Zeke Feldhaus Memorial Fund was established to help his family achieve that goal. 100% of the selling price of this lot will go directly to the Feldhaus family. All fees, shipping costs, etc. will be covered by me... every cent of the winning bid will go straight to the source! This lot consists of three (3) pieces of original art by freelance artist and longtime Linsner fan Anthony Abeles: 1) A small 3.25" x 4.25" pencil sketch of our favorite Goddess, Dawn, on heavyweight cardstock. Sort of like getting an oversized sketchcard! Initialled & dated by the artist. 2) Dawn's looking a little more lively in full-color in this 8.5" x 11" ink & colored pencil sketch on 60# cardstock. Signed by the artist with a dedication to Zeke. 3) As a bonus, she's not Dawn (unless she got some new tats I didn't hear about!), but she's along for the ride anyway. Pencil & charcoal sketch on 11" x 14" cardstock, this is an older drawing of mine of a tattooed female form that was featured in a gallery show many, many years ago. Most of my art was made into low-run limited edition prints but this one never was. Initialled by the artist. Hope you like the art... and I hope you wish to place a bid! Thank you for looking! Dawn used by kind permission of Joseph Linsner. Dawn & all likenesses Copyright (c) Joseph Linsner. Reproduction of this artwork in any form is prohibited.
