Being that it is the first appearance of that wacky weird foe of Spidy the Hobgoblin! This issue also comes with the special "Tattooz" inside, that many #238's don't come with. The Issues title is "In the Shadow of Evils Past!" 1st apperance of the Hobgoblin!! "Tattooz" insideRoger Stern storyJohn Romaita Sr. and Jr. cover and art!! Also an awesome copy of Spider-Man # 121 6/73 CGC Universal Grade of 5.0, as well as a nice copy of Spider-Man #39 8/66 CGC Universal Grade of 2.5. Spider-Man # 121 is the issue that has the "Death of Gwen Stacy". It is a classic and sad part of Spider-Man History. This fantastic issue has Off-white-To White pages. The most impressive thing is that is was signed by the infamous John Romita on the 1st page, which makes this book a must have!! Lastly is a copy of Spider-Man 39, in which both Spidy and the Green Goblin are unmasked! It also is the 1st John Romita Spider-Man art in title.
