Unfortunately the defects in comics which CGC grades 9.6, 9.8 or higher are so slight in differences that CGC does not keep notes on books of those specific grades. This means books that these grades, though harsh, are soft in the higher gradients. i.e.: a comic graded 9.6 upon intitial submission may grade to a 9.8 upon re-submission & vice/versa.
